Welcome to the Time to Play Golf blog. We’ll be posting on a regular basis to let you know what’s going on with TTPGolf, your online golf network. We’ll cover tips for getting the most out of the network, highlight new features and courses, and talk about enjoying and playing better golf. Let us know what you’re interested in and we’ll address it.
Right now, we’re beta testing TTPGolf. Charter members are signed up and test-driving all the features of the site before it officially launches. So far, the results are good. We’re getting the feedback we need to make sure TTPGolf is a great experience for our membership.
Our goals are to find out if the site is easy to use and if it’s working for you. We want to guarantee it works the way it’s supposed to and — real world — that it’s going to help you find local golf partners in your area or at the clubs you play, schedule matches so others can join you, follow golf courses to keep up with club events, and expand your golf connections.
This is a sample of what we’re hearing about what you like or how you’ll use TTPGolf:
“The Events tool and Groups are great to get info or post info on what is going on around town and in the sport.”
“I’ll be using TTPGolf to manage my annual golf event and keep my list of players updated.”
“Seeing what’s going on at all the courses near me is a really interesting concept and makes me feel part of the course itself.”
We’ll be letting you know more about this in the next post and when you can expect the site to go live. In the meantime, we want as much input as possible, so don’t wait to get your friends on board. It will help make TTPGolf a better site and — best of all — you’ll be setting up your golf network. Find. Follow. Connect.
